Hey does anyone know where the foglamp relay is located on the 04 LS430?
if you know where it's located please let me know thanks.

Had a good look at the wireing diagram for your car and there isn't a relay for the front fog lights, they are controlled directly from the front controller which is located behind the kick panel next to the brake pedal. There is clearly one indicated in the headlight circuit but not the fog light. I'm no expert so I may be wrong though..... Hope this helps
