So I have a button that I believe to be headlight washers on my '04 Custom Luxury. I don't, however, see any washer nozzles in front of the headlights. There is a plastic insert where I expected them to be. I looked around and found this on even the UL's. Do those plastic inserts pop up or something? I can't push the button and look at the front of the car at the same time, so I'm a bit confused.

 

Yes they work, the only time they work is when the headlight is turned on. Otherwise they won't pop out.

 

headlight washer is located on the front bumper... small square which feels kinda loose imo...

 

Thats true, must have the headlights on for the to work.
