Default No access to TIS for canadians?

Dang it seems that TIS is only available to US residents??

It should work...

My corporate headquarters is in Montreal so when I access the internet I go through Canadian servers. i've never had an issue with TIS. I have had issues with other sites because it thinks I'm accessing them from outside of the USA.

The original website opens up and such.. It's just when i go to pay. The address has to match the credit card address and that has to be a US address.

Yeah, kinda sucks. I'm looking to replace the rear right shock(UL package) and the front right lower control arm bushing. If i'm asking too much, i'm willing to paypal any fellow CL'er the cost for creating an account for me for a day. So, say i pay for access for one day, can i download and save the info i want, or is it temp access?
