rebuild calipers
I was wondering what it takes to rebuild the calipers on my 2002 LS430. I purchased the rebuild kit which looks like it is only replacement rings for te pistons. How do you get the pistons out to change the rings on them? Also, if the pistons go in as simple as pushing them in with my bare hands, should I even use the rebuild kit at this time? I do not want to change the calipers beause I had the calipers painted.... If you could let me know that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!

LEXUS LS430 01-06 Brake Pads - Axxis Ultimate - Front
or
LEXUS LS430 01-06 Brake Pads - Posi Quiet Semi Metallic - Front
thinking bout the Axxis myself (Axxis bout 10 bucks more than OEM, are they really better performance?), wifes LS has slight vib during medium to hard braking... maybe I need the brakes looked at. I also don't know of any warning lights for brakes either, is there one???

OEM pads (my favorite) are $50 from irontoad, quiet, powerful, and low dust.

Recently did both front and back for $110 or so. Just make sure they grease and reuse the stock shims, otherwise prepare for noiseville.
