Default Replaced battery, but NAV screen, Master Key, Horn

None of them work. Do I need to sell this car? Long story short, I left the headlights on all night on my 2004 LS430 because I switched them from the auto mode to the on mode inadvertently. The next morning, no start. I changed the battery and the car started right up except the Navigation screen is blank, the horn doesn't work, and the Master key is not detected. Do I need to let the car run or charge or click my heels three times?

Well Lexus figured out what was wrong.... (I assume everyone was stumped)
When attempting to jump the car, the popular roadside assistance service that I won't name, jumped it in reverse (posting the negative on the positive and vice versa). It blew out the main fuse. Lexus had to order the fuse, but it's a quick fix. They gave me a loaner car in the interim.

I was going to suggest a blown fuse too. I saw your post times:

I thought you posted it within seconds of each other. Then I realized they were 12 hours apart. Well glad you got it fixed. It shouldn't be a reason to want to sell the car. All is good when you are under warranty, almost.

Oh wow. I just realized my post times. I may need to play those numbers. Yes, it was a quick fix. Cost me $100 bucks. No warranty coverage for that.

When I use the manual "lights on" in my '02 and forget to turn them off, they turn off when the car is shut off - the lights do not stay on and drain the battery.
