Any suggestions on keeping leather new

New as in not "shiny." You know how leather gets that shiny look as it ages. Any way to slow that down?

Maybe a can of saddle soap? It keeps it soft and from cracking anyways. I do know what your talking about- it does not look as nice for sure. But not a deal-breaker IMHO.

I keep it treated from cracking, I was looking for a product that cleaned and treated while also avoiding that "shiny" older leather look. The drivers' seat will get it, but the passenger and rear seats won't (they still look new).

have used Lexol on all my Benz, Beamers and now the Lexus,, the local Lexus dealer even sells it in their waiting lounge,, use the cleaner and then the conditioner three times a year,, my 05 leather still looks like new,,

I strongly recommend the Leatherique line of products. I've used them for 10+ years on leather sofa's to Mercedes interiors with great success.

Keeping leather looking new

My husband uses Maguires Leather wipes in the black tube and he also puts an old T-shirt down over the seats to keep his belts from marring the leather.
