Same thing happened to me while i was in my old Q45. Front end bashed in.

well, my insurance calls me and asks me where I want the repairs done. WTF?

They didn't even look at the car and the other driver's insurance wants to hold until they could get statements from their driver.... It turned out the driver was 90 years old....
