Is that a short shifter kit ? LOL. How did you do that...I like!
My (new to me) 2001 LS 430. The car is just about bone stock and bought it about 2 months ago (ebay).
I removed all the old gold badges, and reinstalled OEM chrome badges. Did a stock wheel exchange for chrome (about $700 w/ shipping). This is my first LS, and I am amazed by how well the interior held up after 76k miles and 2 owners. The exterior had is share of rock chips and scratches but looks great now after a good detail and touch-up.
Had to replace the trunk struts, and found an aftermarket set off ebay for $70 w/ free shipping. My Lexus dealer quoted me about $450 and told me they were pretty difficult to install. The install took less than 5 minutes !!!
I am looking to do some cosmetic mods (I love chrome), and will be
surfing this site for some suggestions. Some real nice cars in this thread !!!

how did you get those lights (fog lights??) under the headlights to match? mine are yellow.
