would also recommend Novus #2 which has a light compound in it,, they also make a #3 which is a tad more aggressive,, then finish off with their #1 which is a good plastic polish,, have use it for years on many different finishes wiht great results,, can find it on the web or at boating stores,,
I'm ganna go pick up Permatex today and give it a try. The link 6spd posted has some nice before and after pictures from someone that used it. Cant go wrong.
If you have big problems, I would buy one of the kits sold on eBay by Viking Auto Care in Florida (and no, I am not affiliated in any way). They offer a COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL kit with everything you need (from fine grit wet sandpaper all the way down to masking take and a buffer for your drill). Search for eBay vendor name "dblaudio" and take a look at the kits, trust me, they're pretty impressive! I received mine today and I am very impressed.
