Out with the Old (Leather) . . .
In with the new
Since I got a little bored, we also installed the LSportline exhaust (tight clearance on rear bumper--had to rework the rubber hangers) and my clear lenses with new Polarg bulbs. Enjoy!

GammaLex: from what I gather, Car Stereo Warehouse removed the factory radio, BUT kept the board hidden inside the dash to maintain Navi function. Basically: the stock radio was sliced, diced, and gutted (borderline cruel to the ML system LOL ). You could always ask the guys at CSW (JP fabricated the piece and I believe has a user ID on these boards--simply look for the original thread under my name "audio phase 1 of 3 complete").
As for the leather: I could not tell you if I got ripped off or not . . . LOL. Only 60% of the leather was replaced (all seat bottoms and the center backs). The leather (2 hides: one ecru and one "cork") cost me $800 and I only used probably 1/2 of the cork color--saving the rest for the audio panels and possibly my armrests (they need it). The install . . . well, was about $1200. After it was complete, the installer said he would charge a lot more the next time because of all the hassles with the power & heated seats, as well as the number of panels found in the Lexus layout.
Do I like it? Absolutely. In hindsight, I could have made a big dent in a wheel purchase However, I'm getting closer to it as well . . . Too bad nobody offers new seat covers for the LS430 . . .
