You would get much better answers by getting in contact with individual dealerships, maybe you can try carson toyota, a sponsor of this forum.

However, noticing that you are in Indonesia, I would think it would be easier for you to get parts from Lexus Singapore, simply because its closer and for RHD cars.
Just give them a call at 6378 8826 for their service, and ask to speak with parts department.
