I was online last night looking thru autotrader and noticed what looked to be a grey or slate color. I'm talking about were the wood grain would be throughout the car. I hope some knows what i'm trying to say as I have not described to very well. Anyway I'm trying to find some where to buy it and then have it installed. Any help CL? Also Anyone no how much HP the new hybrid LS will have? Just interested

 

That color wood is for those vehicles with the upgraded interior package and the ecru interior. Most often this is in the ultra luxura models. I'd imagine it would be super hard to get this.

 

This is the "blackwood" interior. Standard on the Ultra Luxury models in 2001-2003. Available on the white exterior. Possibly on others...

 

Yep! Thats what I'm talking about! Now does any one know if I can get it after market. As I have a white LS and I think it would go very well with it.

 

Doubtful that you'll be able to after market it. It is real wood so if u can get it out, dont see why a woodshop couldnt sand it down and stain it the way u want. would be costly but possibly equally rewarding. good luck

 

It is available on any color exterior... I have a black exterior ultra with that color wood... Also that wood is only available on the custom and ultra (not so sure about custom). I LOVE the color, but i dont think you could get that aftermarket.

I remember a grey wood package like the one shown here above available for the Toyota Celsior in Japan posted here a long time ago, it's awfully expensive though, something like ~ US$7500 as I recall
