The inside of the car with the red/orange liners reminds me of the BATMOBILE!

That roof smacks of "Lincoln Towncar Special Edition"

Yuck.

Save the rag top for the Caddilac and the ugly seats for the Honda! It's a shame the dealer even has something so ugly on display. I'm working on getting the '04 of course with Nav/Levinson and it will not look like that.

Wow 8,300 dollars for a carriage top, pinstripes and tacky red piping?? I think I am selling the wrong car parts!!!! And here I was laughing at the Cadillac and Chrysler dealers putting carriage tops on CTS / 300C models, I guess Lexus is not exempt.

Horta, I would have to agree with Dave, the best looking thing in any of those pics is Little Miss!

ive been to JM lexus, by far the worst sales -people there..i hated my experience there..they lied to get me there, than they came up w/ a crappy number w/ the trade in, and they made me feel like an ***...maybe b/c im young and i wanted to buy the LS430 UL and i wanted a reasonable price..either way..f-JM, thanks for letting me release that..

I agree with you as far as JMs pricing and attitude. I have bought three Lexus cars and never from JM. I live less than 10 minutes from them. They have this high and mighty attitude over there in the sales department. At the same time because they are the World Largest Lexus dealer in sales volume you can sorta understand. They do not have to discount in any way. They sell enough cars at ridiculous prices.

Now on the service side they spoil me rotten and I can not say enough PHENOMINAL great things about them. I currently have two Lexus cars and put 15k mile on each. So I am at JM almost every other month servicing my cars (regular 5k service intervals) and they treat me like royalty even though I did not buy my cars from them.

who would have Thunk it....

These guys do not deserve to be a lexus dealership if they do this to the cars.

Thats a new car? Ouch! The leather on the back seat of my '01 looks newer, and doesn't have the hideous red welt. I saw a terrible SC430 the other day, but i'm sure someone will find it just terrific. Hey, my wife picked me, so there's no accounting for taste

JM Lexus has had several of these special edition cars. They had some like this for the ES330 too. There are some older people who bought Caddys with this set up...it appeals to them. They want the reliability of Lexus but look of the Caddy. Remember who was Lexus original target group...people over 50. Jm Lexus is in an area where a lot of older people live. Gotta have something they like.

I also want to defend the service dept. Having 2 cars with one getting A LOT of pampering, I visit service a lot. They have treated me well...very well. Not many dealers give you a car to drive even when the warranty on yours is finished. The sales people were better 5 years ago. Most of them are gone. The ones left know nothing about the cars. They do seem to be high and mighty but I've seen worse at other dealerships. At least they greet you at the showroom, ask what you're there for. You can have drinks and snacks. They don't dicker over price a lot but on the other side they don't try to pressure you too much either. I visited 2 other Lexus dealerships last weekend....I'll stick with JM Lexus.
