Hi guys. I just replaced both valve cover gaskets on my car. When reassembled, it ran great with no engine light until it warmed up. After about 5 minutes of idling, engine and VSC light came on with P1354 code.

The connector for it was in rough shape, so i bought a new one and replaced it, same issue. I also replaced the camshaft position sensor on bank 2 because that connector was rough, still no luck.

I tested the solenoid with it out of the car hooked up to 12v and it clicked like it should. I ordered replacements for both solenoids just in case.

The car runs great, no hesitation or anything even after warmed up, it just idles high (1300-1400rpm rather than 600-800rpm) when the engine light comes on.

Is there anything I am missing or anything I can do while I wait for the parts? I will avoid driving it until fixed. This is the only code. I change my oil religously. I cleaned the solenoid with brake clean and still no dice.
