Misfire on #1
A while back I changed the spark plug seals as well as the valve cover gaskets on my ls430 while doing that I managed to pull the wires out on #1 cylinder injector plug that’s when the misfire first came up I changed out the plug with a universal one from Oreilly problem never went away I have tried a oem plug and redoing the connection I still have the same problem
the car has new plugs and coils and I have checked for spark so I know it’s a fuel problem so I took a listen to the injectors and #1 is not firing
I thought maybe a bad injector so I swapped it with the one next to it and the problem stayed on the #1 cylinder
I have not tested the wires leading to the plug yet but I’m thinking my problem would be there
One thing I noticed is that the ground wire from the other 3 cylinders is coming from the harness on the back or the motor and the one for cylinder #1 is coming from the front driver side of the car leading towards the ecu could that be my problem??
*I think it would be good to note that the car has been in an accident and the damage was right to the front of the car
