Default Help! Cam or tensioner issue ?

I got this squeal when the car warms up goes away with a little bit of gas, but at idle it squeals. I did my 2nd aisin timing belt/water pump kit. Still makes the sound. Any ideas or suggestions?
I’ll try to upload the video.

EDIT #1 took serp belt off and still makes the sound. Took timing covers off as well and it’s coming from passenger side. I’m not to sure if there’s anything in the cam gear that will wear out and cause this or if it’s another faulty timing belt tensioner

Serpentine belt and possibly idler pulley.

In the video I posted with it. There is no serpentine belt on. That’s is just timing belt on.

Maybe I've been listening to loud music too long, but I don't hear a squeal at all.
I hear what might be described as a scrape, not quite a grinding noise...

The timing tube doesn't necessarily fail, but there is a small O-ring inside it that will inevitably become hard and brittle over time.
When this happens, the assembly will not rotate effectively to accentuate timing. I don't think either a healthy new O-ring or an old brittle O-ring would make any noise.
