Default Uppers were changed - sometimes additional noise now

I had the upper control arms changed on the front. I get a new noise occationally on a heavy turn.
And it may not be a "new" noise - it's just noticable and I may have initially missed it.
My mechanic says nothing else is obvious at this time and the car is tracking well.
Just getting a new noise on hard turns (left) and it's coming from the right side.
And I notice a slight "loose" feel on these turns.
Thinking or doing lowers with the bushing as well next.
I just hope it's not the rack. We are now at 161k

I had similar issues where everything looks great and it's unclear where the noise is coming from. Finally bit the bullet and replaced all front uppers, lowers and the big bushings (had the new ones pressed into the old mounts). Only thing I didn't do were ball joints. Anyway all noises gone, everything's much tighter and solid feeling, unless I am turned 100% one way or the other which ... I just try to avoid 😅 Probably will get the ball joints done next. "Cry once..." etc. 😁
