What year is your car? I couldn't find that in the diagrams for a 2001 LS. I've done a similar repair I got several fittings/line from a salvage yard and made it work, I had to make 1 flare fitting via my tool. There is probably off the shelf parts you can use is that a 14mm hex? Mine was m14x1.5 (or 1.25 can't remember) so to repair that you get a male/male union, make two flare fittings and join with the union.

Probably not available but should still check if that line is available from Lexus. You absolutely cannot repair that using flexible line, not safe there is a non zero risk the line pops off.

it is a 14 and it’s a 2003 I just spoke to a guy on reddit who did the same thing told me to cut it and install a union/coupler essentially what you’re saying

Can he give you more detail on exactly the parts needed? I did it the convoluted way by using a flexible line that is near the fuel tank* and other fittings If I ever have to do this again I'd try and use a simpler setup.

*this was a Toyota part, high pressure fuel line not a generic flexible line

FLR009B is a M14x1.5 Inverted Tube Nut. Most auto parts stores look like they carry it or could quickly get it for you. Unfortunately I cannot find a M14x1.5 Union. So you would most likely want to use just a standard size union and two flare nuts. Also I believe you would be using 5/16 line. Looks like you would need two 1/2-20 inverted flare nuts and a 1/2x20 Union for 5/16 line.

If you cut the line off right before it gets twisted you can then find a screwdriver, dowel, etc that fits relatively snug into the line and use that to gently bend the line and straighten it out. Then you should be able to get a tube nut and a flare on it. Then you'll probably only need a small piece of line one end being the fitting for your union and the other end being the M14 nut to connect to that flexible line.
