Default flexible coupling

Are the front and rear flexible couplings on the driveshaft the same? There is some cracking on the rear one and I only see front ones listed.

From what I can see, both are the same.
OEM part number - 37511-30020
Required per car - 02
Production period - 08.2000
Name - COUPLING, FLEXIBLE
Applicability - UCF30

How often do these get changed or symptoms when one is going bad? And checking them is just a visual inspection?

Are the bolts/nuts there reusable?

unless the cracking is severe or there are chucks missing out of it... you can probably keep running it.
