Speedometer not working after wash

My ls 430 2003 speedometer stopped working after a car wash along with fuel Guage is abnormally jumping and the park brake light is on always
what could the problem be ? If anyone knows please update. Thank you

Check if water is in left wheel well in trunk where fuse box is located
