Front Rotors

Looking for suggestions on front rotors...
I've bought OEM rotors, discount rotors, Mid range rotors. ALL of them shimmy.
Love my LS but i have to have smooth brakes!!

Did you check the wheel for play when the car is jacked up? This can be control arm bushings and/or wheel bearings.

Also, did you clean the hub mating surface and the wheel mating surface?
If they are dirty the rotor can end up misaligned with the hub or wheel resulting in brake vibration or wheel shimmy.

I replaced mine with Advics from Rockauto, no issues. From what I understand, Advics is a OEM supplier and partially owned by Toyota.

+1 on advics

A good amount of OEM Toyota/Lexus stuff is made by them. the brakes calipers on my IS350C even had Advics stamped into them in huge letters.
