Default Power steering fluid change?

2004 Ls430 with 61k.

Can I disconnect this hose (see picture) to drain the pa fluid by turning the wheel while keeping the reservoir filled ? (motor off and front end partly jacked to take the weight off front).

Which end will the fluid come from when I disconnect the hose?

I didn't want to crawl under for other hoses. And only sucking out the reservoir may not get all the gunk out?
