ABS Check Engine Lights
Recently changed my O2 sensor for bank 1 sensor 1. After driving to Louisiana for the month a plethora of ABS codes appeared while turning off VSC and Traction control. About 6 codes appeared simultaneously so I have to assume its a computer that went bad that just lost communication with everything else. Was wondering if anyone can help me find the module thats the culprit for this and if possible the part number. Thank you Codes are as followed-
C1201 - Engine control system
C1223 - ABS control system fault
U0073 - Control module communication bus off
U0123 - Lost communication with yaw rate sensor module
U0124 - Lost communication with lateral acceleration sensor module
U0126 - Lost communication with steering angle sensor module

Hello,
What's the Year and Model of your car?
It is rare for the ECU to flat out die in the middle of the road, though it does seem like the case here, all of those Sensors are connected to the VSC ECU. Here is a Parts Diagram showing its location, it is on the Driver's Side under the Kick Panel, try taking it out and looking through the PCB, there could be some damage confirming that the ECU is indeed fried, though in that case you will have to find what caused it in the first place.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

Thank you so much it seems like the reason through what problems I am having can you just help confirm that the one I found on Ebay is it part numbers match just not trying to buy it find its the left one or something, and if anyone has a quick DIY repair I'd greatly appreciate saving me time Thank you again. https://www.ebay.com/itm/235527679053
That does appear to be a correct Part Number, the only one available in the Catalogue linked earlier, though it is missing the Mounting Bracket for some reason, it is not a trivial task at all to remove it without damaging the Housing, it may be damaged already..
I don't own a 3rd-gen LS, all I know is that it's supposed to be Driver's Side under the Kick Panel, bolted to the Left Most wall. Try looking around under the Kick Panel, seeing its size, it should be pretty easy to spot without taking anything apart just yet.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

Honestly, we see this on the board repeatedly. If you have multiple electrical issues, replace the battery. Even if your battery tests OK, it can still have intermittent fluctuations from a cell going bad, causing codes.
My auto store understood the issue, even with a strong battery, they warrantied me (1 yr old). All my codes cleared w the new battery - problem solved!

Bought the damn thing and took apart my steering wheel column thinking it was there and other ECU's present and none that looked like mine with corresponding plugs if anyone has a quick pic of where its supposed to be because kick panel only shows the air suspension ECU.
Also tried a new battery just to test and the codes persisted even after clearing for a day or two. I'm certain this should fix the issue or at the very least lead me to my next repair but I just cant seem to find its spot from the diagrams at the driver side kick panel or even the engine bay.
