You need to message them and ask them to add it to cart. I suggest ordering all the struts you will need in one order.

So did you get your air shocks from impex? I want to do this but sounds like you had issues. How much was the shipping difference vs the estimate? Any customs/duties charge?Originally Posted by ontheroad

Hey so it did work and I got them. The shipping was 50 bucks and fed ex charged me 44 bucks customs fees. So 900 to my door about (Impex 700). I think I got money back on the shipping also 5 bucks or something.
Honestly I think this whole debate about UL vs non UL does not take into effect that this company and the even cheaper Impex ( where I got 20 LCAB's). Yes I spent 3 grand. But regular shocks or conversion would be over 1 grand, or standard on a non UL. So for 2 grand more you get the air ride and a bunch of superfluous things and useful like the soft close doors (I have tinnitus) and also the double pain glass. I also cant figure out how these struts look like they were manufactured recently. Im trying to cut vibration down and I hope these make a difference.
Amayama and Impex for the win. Even the compressor is a little over 600 bucks, so all the issues with the air system become much less of an issue than people indicate. I still would recommend a non UL unless someone had the money or they needed it for some reason.

Ok, I’m gonna order OEM rear air struts for mine then. Was about to order the Arnott, but this is about the same price for OEM then. I just can’t make myself convert to springs and KYB shocks. I signed up for Impex and messaged them to add the two parts to my cart since I can’t figure out how. Hopefully they respond Monday.
haven’t decided to order the fronts yet, maybe I should.

Did you use fedex priority or economy through Impex? Just wondering there’s a reason NOT to do priority since it’s only like $1 more

I’m in the same boat and considering replacing my rears too. One has never been replaced (I’m at 220k now) and the other was replaced 13 years ago at 67k. I’m thinking the damping is probably not optimal anymore, but they aren’t leaking or sagging yet. What are your symptoms?Originally Posted by treehan77

Visible oil leaking down the right rear. Previous owner has paperwork replacing the rears already, but it doesn’t state with what! Apparently garbage or well used ones. Car doesn’t sag or anything, but you can feel the right rear bounce over bumps. Fronts are still original. 138k 2004.Originally Posted by aypues

planning on getting under the car to inspect further and see if they’re OEM or what, just haven’t got around to it.
So my rears were done 30k ago and my right one was hard, da dump on bumps and a shock wave that was unpleasant.Thats one of the first signs they are going. Often they hold air but don't dampen, bouncy, wobble in steering wheel at higher speeds. Im not sure if my left rear is good but Im replacing them both as its expensive (I think, still in shop) to get at them to replace.
Buying used struts is the worst idea ever and I should have listen to people here.
FedEx priority for the win. Ordered bushings and I got them 5 days later, Impex. Amayama wasnt far behind. It seems to me people think if they hold air they work, but maybe over time they felt the pillowy ride I have yet to experience. I just can't see these guys here saying their car has 230k and the oem's still work.
Also this is my first lexus and I don't know a lot about these cars. I did buy three used struts from whom sellers say they "tested" them, which is just the hold air test, wasted so much money on that. I think the air suspension debate should be reopened.

I’d like to clarify that only one of my 4 air struts is original at 220k miles. The other three have been replaced at various points (front two at 180k but should’ve been done sooner, and right rear at 67k). Please let us know how the ride is once you get it back, it does take a couple weeks to fully seat (break in) the new struts and ride as smooth as can be expected.
So people had success just asking Impex to let them order struts? I need to order (regular) struts, not air struts, and running in to the same problem where they don't let you add it to the cart.
Welp ordered a replacement right rear shock from impex. Both rears were replaced by PO, must’ve been used or something since the right is leaking oil everywhere only 11k miles later, but they are OEM.
Does anyone know how to disconnect the air line from the shocks? Service manual indicates there's a special tool
There is not much space between the air line and the shock once you unbolt it
