As in the picture below, it looks like I might be missing a plastic cover behind my passenger seat on the end of the seat rail? keeping in mind my car is RHD. if someone can check can confirm theirs is the same?

Yes you are missing a plastic cover. The left and right has the same cover, exchangeable. I lost mine and had a lot of trouble to find one.

 

Lexus part number 72123-50010
Almost certainly only available from either Lexus dealer or a recyclers.
Same part for all facelift LS430s.
