Default Question about the front lower control arm bolt

SO my new to me 05 LS430 was wearing the inside of the tires and made a popping noise pulling out of the driveway so I did a complete front end refresh. Very easy job by the way compared to the volvos that I came from. Well I finished it and set the front lower control arm bolt to where it was when I got the car and got it aligned. Now I am wondering if they were set properly. The car pulls when crossing uneven pavement and when backing at full lock the wheel doesnt try to return to center.

Do these cars (with sport suspension) just pull over uneven pavement because of the wide tires?

Can anyone confirm what the factory setting is on the front bolt and what exactly does it affect?

Thanks in advance.
