The lower rubber molding for the fender trim has been out of production for a long time
If you've lost or damaged yours, your best bet will be to replace the whole fender trim with another piece. You will likely have to search around for a junkyard that has the part you need.
It is also worth noting that these lower moldings are riveted onto the back side of the fender trims. They are not necessarily easy to swap, but it can be done if you source another part and take your time.

One important item to note. Your post says "90-94 Underbody Trim" but you have a 1990-1992 fender trim pictured.
1993-1994 fender trims are very different and do not share the same lower rubber moldings.
