Looking for '01 LS430

I am in the market for an '01 or later LS430 - any idea what should be a reasonable price and average miles on this model? Anyone selling their's? Any good or bad issues with this model (anything I should look out for?)?

I am getting rid of mine...... trade is $39k on mine but I would like to sell it privately I love my car and would not get rid of it but I want smartaccess and bluetooth..............
