Default Botched coil over install

So I was removing the driver side coilover and the shock bottomed out when I removed the lower bolt. Now the shock is stuck and I tried prying and cutting and it won’t budge any tips?

Yikes.. You might have to remove the lower control arm and disconnect the sway bar link to have enough room to get it free. You might find you'll have to take the knuckle off too Hopefully it's not jammed in such a way that the lower control arm can't pivot or be removed.

make sure the pass side is also off the ground since the sway bar will add unnecessary tension to the driver side suspension.

you can also loosen (don't remove) the other suspension components to relax the bushing so you can flex the suspension down to free the strut. just be sure to properly tighten the stuff you loosened when the coilovers are installed.
