Default Car bucks

1993 LS 400. Around 40mph the car hesitates or bucks. If that’s a proper explanation. Has anyone experienced this behavior?

many have, and likely it's the ECU capacitors unfortunately.

how many miles on the car? there could be other factors like bad spark, fuel, etc but the ECU caps are a typical culprit.
