Default Celsior glove box snowball

So I just got my 1996 UCF20 Celsior about a month ago. The car only has 16,000KM on it and I felt like I wanted to maintain a nearly concourse level on the car, so of course the first thing I do is start fixing little issues and JDM quirks.

Cruise control:
One of the JDM quirks is that you can't set the cruise control above 108km/h and upon researching I found a thread on here showing that the Lexus LS400 has a cruise control computer that is plug and play without the speed limit, even better is they're only $25 on ebay. To replace this module I had to pull the lower glove box off the car and pop the new computer in, that worked without any hiccups. What isn't mentioned in the video is the airbag connector panel is supporting the glove box, so make sure you pop that out.

CD Changer:
What I noticed while I had the glove box out is that the CD changer doesn't work very often, so since I'm already in here this far I decided to buy a LS400 CD changer off ebay for $50 which ended up being the exact same part number as the Celsior, the only differences with the CD changers is the CD cassette holder has different language on it.

Glove box Leather repair:
The leather on the upper glove box was peeling back and prevented me from opening it easily. I bought some clear epoxy that works on foams/leathers and poured that into the seam and wrapped some tape around the panel so it could cure for a few days.

Cabin air Filter:
Since I had everything out I decided to replace the cabin air filter as well.

At this point it's all ready to go back together and I can't wait to blast some tunes and cruise.
