What is that circle in the rear door panel (about even with the window control), but towards the front? Is that a new speaker location? Is it a tweeter only? Or coaxial speaker with mid range and tweeter ? The 2001 - 2003 ML system didn't have this... Does it do much for the sound when your sitting in the front, as the rears are mostly for fill.

Is that a radar detector or cell phone on your dash. If it's a detector are you going to make it's home on your dash or are you looking for a better location? I've mounted one above (see here).

P.S. Nice color combo, just like my '02 but my Bordeaux Bird's-Eye maple wood is a bit darker.

VideoNavi, yes that is a rader detector on my dashboard. I had to move it over a lil bit so that it didnt interfere with the gps to the nav. And I couldnt put it up there below the rearview beacsue they are illegal for on base travel. And to answer your question about the circle in the doorpannel yes it is a new speaker location it is only a coaxial. I cant really hear it when im driving but when your in the back it sounds good.

klausl, I dont have the integrated phone i just use my own it saves me headaches. Thanks for your replys guys.

Great photos. The car needs a pinstripe, however, in my humble opinion. Mine was $45 and it added much value to the look.
