1993 LS with 186,000 and counting. Fixed the dash issues and need to get the power steering pump replaced (will be the third according to Lexus records). Still a sweet ride...

My 1990 LS 400 had 168,00 mi when it was totaled in an accident a couple years ago. It had experienced the not uncommon A/C and power steering pump troubles but nothing involving the drive train ever went wrong. My 1992 SC 400 is still running strong at 328,000 mi! I realize its not the same car, but the engine/drivetrain are essentially the same. It has had no signigicant mechanical problems at all. Just periodic replacement of tires, brakes, and change the oil. It now is in need of new control arm bushings, tie rod ends, and the instrument guage needles have gone dark (what else is new?). In the process of getting those issues taken care of and then hoping for another 150K.

196K on mine - going for the big 200K!

Trac light on occasionally - pipe that carries pressure replaced and that almost fixed it - was coming on a lot before that.

Power steering pump leaking - again

Alternator and battery replaced - again

Antenna died a long time ago

Currently has 154k miles. My wife think I am crazy but I have driven the car from San Jose to Chicago.

Repairs:
Timing Belt/Water Pump, Pulleys, Drive Belt, Rotors/Pads/Calipers - I am a caution nut!

Next Repairs:
To replace both Cats, Rear Struts/Springs, All rubber bushings, Front Control Arms, Steering Rack,
and rear axle boots.

Great thing about the car is I got it for only $1500 with 143k miles.
