Default All dash lights out

On my 1994 LS400 all dash lights went out at the same time a while and I've been on Amazon and Ebay to order. All they offer are new bulbs. I know all of the bulbs don't go out at the same time and the speedometer arm will flash intermittently. Any help with how to trouble shoot? I've been told that this is a common problem in the 1st generation, but I don't know the part name or number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look around for some capacitor threads for 1993-1994 LS clusters. Your capacitors are likely bad.

There are also other posts/videos.

Get a wiring diagram and check your fuses.

This is a good point. Some guidance:

The fuse for your 1993-1994 should be in the fuse box under the dash
