94 ls400 not getting power to headlight fuse

94 ls400 not getting power to headlight fuse
So my 94 LS400 is getting power to the daytime running lights but not to the headlight fuses Every other fuse in the fuse panel is getting power except for the headlight fuses any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
