Default Stock Alternator Efficiency

Wassup guys! This is my first post here on clublexus. I recently bought a 1998 Lexus LS400 with 213k miles to be my daily and also my first car ever. About a week ago my alternator went out and i'm in the process of replacing it. Im also installing a new amp, head-unit, and 2 8 inch subs, among other exterior mods. Do you guys think that a 100 amp alternator would be sufficient or would I have trouble powering everything? I live in CO where I occasionally have heated seats, AC, and audio all running at the same time when its real cold. Any help or advice is welcome. Thank you.
