There are two old threads here for simple airbox mods that maintain the outside airflow characteristics,Jbrady and Lexkost's in the FAQ. The stock airbox flows well, I enlarged the openings on mine.

 

It's not a mod it's an actual intake.....not gonna said CAI but an intake. Sadly not carb compliant so I can't use it.

 

I bet it adds an aggressive note on throttle, if you're into that.
Not for me but I'm sure it will have some customers. Club Lexus might not be the best place to try and sell it. LS400 Facebook groups would be a better audience.

Not selling, sharing. I considered this to replace my stock box with broken nipples but not carb compliant and they just emailed me they aren't gonna do it. So I'm out.

 

cool to see aftermarket companies still make parts for such an old engine.
