The only thing that appears it could be is, Moulding, Quarter, Outside Rear Right; P/N 7565350030

You're welcome. I hope that's it. Toyota's diagrams leave a bit to be desired.

That's a hard part to find. It's not in the lower moulding diagram. I found it in the parts list.

Definitely hard for $20 it's not a bad gamble lol prolly come black or unpainted.
