In your first ever post a few hours ago that you were too impatient to wait for a reply for so you just created ANOTHER post about the same topic, you said you were a good mechanic.

Well, maybe start by seeing if you're missing spark or fuel. It's a rather simple way to start. Since it tries to start it's probably fuel. With that being the case, a good mechanic would then test for fuel pressure, injector pulse, etc...

When something doesn't work only after someone has worked on it, chances are the two are related.

Did you remove any grounds or anything that you may have missed?

okay I admit , I have not checked that the fuel pressure , don't have the tools to do that sorry ,this morning I was going to try spraying some starter fluid into the throttle body and see if that getting running. then I will know if its fuel.

Are the fuel injectors kinda lose , as in the can spin , is that normal ?

I have never worked on a Lexus before so a lot of this is new to me.

Sorry first time on this site so still trying to figure it out

thanks for the reply

Good old troubleshooting is the only way at this point. It is not too hard to see if your coils are getting power, at least. Then see what's your fuel pressure and go from there.
I once forgot to plug in the MAF sensor. The car started and shut down immediately. For a moment I was puzzled and then remembered, plugged the MAF back in, and it ran fine. So some stupid thing like that is quite possible.
Also, once I replaced the igniters and figured "let me check if these new ones work, before I screw them back in". A thought also went through my mind "How is it going to get ground if I don't screw it back in?" But I hoped that it would work anyway. It didn't. The car would not start unless igniters are screwed in tight, so that ground is good. So I got out of the car, screwed them back in, and it started right up.
