Water Pump and Timing Belt Assembly
Looking to change the timing belt and water pump assembly on my 2000 Lexus LS 400 1UZ-FE (JDM Celsior model). Was searching for OEM replacement parts and came across these Aisin TKT-021 and TKT-001 kits on amazon. Can anyone confirm if these are the correct ones for 2000 1UZ-FE.
Haven't been able to get much info from the product details on amazon itself.

I have personal experience with Aisin kits and have read in these forums that one purchaser received their kit from Amazon without the protective packaging and all components were dumped into one (plausibly to save shipping costs?) box resulting in damage to plastic water pump impeller.
The second thing is the Aisin kit provides a different timing belt than what is sold at Dealer.
If you do buy it, toss the kit timing belt and purchase a better one from Toyota or Lexus

I used that TKT-021 kit for my 98. It came with the Aisin water pump, Mitsuboshi timing belt, Koyo bearing. Not sure what brand the tensioner was. Anyway, it's been working perfectly for 4 years. I also got mine at Rockauto.

I would suggest RockAuto for the Timing belt Kit. Its only $160.79 currently and add the 5% discount code and you're at $152+shipping for the TKT021 kit vs. 190+13 shipping on Amazon. Much better deal.

I ordered a TKT020 kit for my 97' and it came in the AISIN box, neatly packaged with everything intact and damage-free.
