Coolant problems
Alright so my car was overheating,I have a 2000 ls 400, I found the leak in the bottom coolant hose I got a new one installed it now when I refill my coolant it drains super fast when I drove it last it leaks when I drive but when park the coolant drains slowly with no leaks when the car overheated I was told to put water inside of my coolant resivor instead of coolant to get home, yes the water wasn't cold I refilled the coolant last night woke up this morning there's no leaks under the car but all the coolant in the resivor is gone I need help

You need to make sure the water system is full first. Park it. Turn on the heater and let it idle. Open the radiator cap and the bolt on top of thermostat a little. Squeeze the top hose until no air bubbles are visible and ad water as it lowers in the Res.
This will take a while so while doing this keep looking for leaks and steam.
Are you saying that it leaks when you drive it? If so, where from?

Never put straight water in the cooling system (unless you're stranded). These links might help:

the engine takes a lot of coolant to refill, around 2-3 gal if I'm not mistaken.
don't forget to turn on your heater to get the coolant in the heater core, and to also remove any air in the system.
it takes me 20-30mins to get all the air out of the system, with the engine on to pump it all out!
here is how to properly do this (for an older model but same principle applies, no need to do a flush):
