I need to replace two broken hoses for 92 LS400, I am not sure about their part number.
Please advise if I guess it right.

It can be looked up at the dealer. But you can also get it in bulk at an auto parts store, in what ever length you ask for, get a bit extra, then you cut it the length you want. Those small vacuum hoses are not special formed. And at the dealer the price will very likely buy a lot of the stuff at the parts store.

 

The dealer ones will be pre-formed and or come with insulators as applicable. As dicer mentions getting them in bulk from the auto parts store will save you some $ and the hoses will take shape after a few heat cycles in the engine bay. I'd replaced the one to the intake plenum and the price was in the ~$25 range. That buys a spool of vacuum hose to do the whole engine compartment.
