you're gonna want a long skinny funnel, and i'd recommend you make a point of measuring exactly how much was taken out so you just refill with the same amount. obviously make sure the level is correct it the first place...

Same as above, ignore steps 3-6 and only add as much fluid as needed per the dipstick. Torque values and fluid amount specified may differ from the tutorial as it's for an early 1st gen and you have a late 2nd gen.

I just did a drain and refill on my '99 this weekend too.
+1 on the long skinny funnel, I even used two.
Pour the ATF in the funnel SLOWLY!!! Seriously, don't let it build a pool.
The dipstick tube does not flow well, and if you pour too fast the fluid will come out of the dipstick tube and run down the outside of it and make a huge mess all the way down to the ground...
