Our door speakers have well designed spesker enclosures, but not so sure about the trunk subwoofer scheme...

If you are using stock sub, one way to enhance audio performance of sub woofer is to add DEI Boom.Mat vibration damping material to the rear package tray structure surrounding said speaker.

DEI's product is butyl based, unlike other brands using tar, so odorless...available in 2mm and 4mm material thicknesses.
