Default Keep it or dump it 2000 Ls400?

I just purchased a 2000 LS400 in very good condition with 113,000 miles. Here's what the shop says it needs:I need an opinion about whether doing the repairs listed are worth it. Everything else is sound. Please weigh in. I paid $5,000.00 for it a couple of months ago.

Past owner said timing belt had been done 3,000 miles ago, about a year ago.
The car rides like a truck because the past owner replaced the shocks with cheap ones so I'll need to replace the shocks I'm afraid.
PS pump and high pressure hose have some leaks
flush fluids
Battery
Hoses on radiator seeping from clamp
may need front calipers to improve braking power
air filter dirty
bulbs
minor play in left rear wheel-lower bushings in steering knuckle
left door lock actuator inop
noise from steering coupler
left rear brake pad wear sensor by passed
rear subframe bent (fixxed already)
transmission pan gasket replaced poorly, pan dented/missing paint
sunroof switch

welcome to the club..
if the 90k service (water pump & timing belt) was/has been done, fix the left door lock and drive it a few months to get the feel of it.
do you have a screwdriver??? tighten the hose clamps... replace the air filter.. (if you are able)
if it will not start, buy a battery. they will install it.
power steering pump will always have a small leak and will drip on the alternator, mine has a home maid shield on it.
are you disabled?

Thank you for your great reply. The timing belt was done at 100,000 according to the man I bought it from. I am not disabled but I'm not mechanically inclined which I guess makes me disabled in this realm. However, I will try to do the things you suggested as they seem simple. The owner said the battery was new however my mechanic said it was weak. I'll check it out again and make a decision. So do you think the car is worth keeping?
