Default 1997 Lexus LS 400 only getting fire to one side

Ok I have a 1997 Lexus LS 400 with the 1uz-fe 4.0 V8. I have had the car for a few months and during these few months I've replace a transmission and transmission selenoid. Car ran great after and I took it on vacation to Florida and while the the ax condenser fan went out, no big deal just blowing hot air on vacation, got back to town and as son as I did the car died on my wife the next day at the gas station down the road, I drove down there got it to fire right up and brought it back to the house and within 3 miles it stalled 4-5 times. Finally cut out and wouldn't stay cranked. Brought it home and after some investigating I found that this set up had 2 iginition coils, one on Lower driver side and one on front passenger side. When I checked the driver side cool is firing but the passenger side cool is not. I've checked fuel pump, fuel pressure, it almost turns over for a second and will cut right off. I've replaced the coil it's self still no fire. So then I assumed it had to be the igniters, replaced them and still nothing same result, took the ecu out to check for the capacitors that I had heard typically burn out and in fact there were 2 burned out so I purchased new ones and had the two that had leaked replaced. The were no burns on the board itself. I was for sure this would fix the problem but when I hooked it all back up still no start but amazingly the driver side cool is still firing and the passenger side cool will fire one time on the initial crank but not continue to spark. What would cause this I've been told to replace all 6 capacitors even know the 2 appeared to be damaged, but I've also been told it could be a cam sensor or a crankshaft sensor. Anyone out there ever have this problem or hear of it and know how to fix it or if one missing something to check. I could really use the insight because I'm baffled and getting ready to throw in the towel if I can figure this out. And if it is my ecu where can you by refurbished one that are for sale because I've been told it has to be an exact part match and I cannot seem to find my exact ecu model any where for sale but I know they made them due to the face I have mine with the label on it still, are there interchangeable exist as long as the prongs line up and it's for the same motor.
