This is fairly old and relatively juvenile, but i thought I'd share either way.

So, i used to fool around with stuner (.net). Then, i came upon a game called dtift tuner. The game SUCKS!!!!! I mean REALLY sucks. There's moo real point and the controls are horrible. However, you can import the car you build in stuner and play it on drift tuner.

it isn't gonna be everyone's cup of tea, but when money is low OR if you wanna try some different looks before dropping major coin (I've used it for both lol) this is pretty cool. I don't recall seeing a UCF20 but they update this regularly. They put the 10 in there. Wheel selection is hands down, the best part. Here's what i did a few minutes ago

What I really want now is a bench seat in the back like that, haha.

 

lol. Well, as vast as the customizing is, some things are limited to default stuff. There's ways to get around it, but i don't get that deep into it lol
