Default Won't accelerate when cold

I change the timing belt I did put the timing marks on the sproket's but one of the sproket moved and now it won't accelerate when it get to operating temperature run's fine and now it doesn't start fast like it use to do. Ps my English is not my first language

So it could be a 1990 model, it could be a 2000 model, and the sprocket moved? So then does that mean the marks were not aligned then?

I did put them back the sproket's in time the year is 1996
