Default dead pedal

occasionally, as i slow up to a stop and/or a turn, when i hit the gas, i get nothing...a second of no response at all, as if no gas is getting to the injectors, or something...then, it takes off....it happens at least once a day, but not every time its driven...however, its scary, when you are at a stop, and take off to get out in traffic, and ...then ...nothing...then it takes off...would this possibly be a TPS issue?...i asked about replacing the fuel filter at the 60K service, and they recommended that i NEVER change it...i dont know why...i am not sure if a fuel filter would do it either....thanks for the help and suggestions, in advance!...wayne

You are collect. It's TPS issue, but some case it will need a complete throttle body. How many miles on your LS and what's kind of relationship with your dealer?
