Unhappy vibration/slight shaking problem

i have a 2000 Lexus LS400 with 53K miles...i have just had the 60K service done, as well as a trans flush....new brake pads and turned rotors all around...recently, i replaced my tires and wheels...both before AND after i had both of thses sets of wheels/tires mounted and balanced, i notice that esp upon acceleration between 45 and say, 65, with some easing as I go higher, i feel a slight shaking through the steering wheel and thru the seats....sometimes its worse than others, but always there....my thought is, seems like maybe a bad torque converter...i am no mechanic....but, what are your thoughts?...any help and guidance would be appreciated.

I had some similar "shaking", had the wheels balanced and rotated. That was probably not the problem, also had an alignment done, that probably was the problem.

HTH,

Joe

Default "shaking going on..."

Have your roters checked by any authorized breajk shop to see if they're warped. if they are, have 'em ground to specks providing they're not already ground too much..

Hope that helps...
